- What counts as a campaign?
-
A campaign is one independently configured promotion with its own campaign window, mechanic and prize
pool. Different countries or materially different mechanics may require separate campaigns. Additional
code batches for the same campaign do not create another campaign.
- What happens if we need more codes?
-
Upgrade the campaign before generating a batch beyond its current capacity. You pay the difference
between campaign tiers. LuckLogic does not silently generate usage overages.
- Can we add codes after launch?
-
Yes, provided the campaign configuration allows additional production batches. Every batch is
independently identifiable and remains visible in the campaign history.
- Can a production batch be cancelled?
-
A batch that has not been used can be revoked. This is useful if printed materials are lost,
compromised or produced incorrectly. The exact behaviour of revoked codes depends on campaign status.
- Can we reuse the same campaign for another client?
-
No. Campaigns have their own code namespace, prize inventory, reporting and audit history. However,
campaigns can be cloned to create a new campaign using the same configuration.
- Do you charge per API request?
-
Not on normal campaign plans. Pricing is based primarily on the campaign and its production capacity.
Extraordinary traffic or infrastructure requirements may require the Enterprise plan.
